Terms & Conditions of Sales
Article 1: Length of stay: The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 2: Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the client has sent the owner a deposit of 35% by credit card within a maximum of 2 hours after the reservation request, as well as the balance 3 weeks before the start of the stay, in which case the reservation will be canceled, the deposit will remain acquired by the owner. Prices are understood to include all charges according to the description sheet, tourist tax included.
Article 3: No right of withdrawal: For reservations made by mail, telephone or online, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
Article 4: Cancellation / Change of period by the client: Any cancellation or change of period must be notified by e-mail or by registered letter addressed to the owner.
1) Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the start of the stay, the 35% deposit will be retained by the owner, the balance of 65% will be returned within eight days. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the start of the stay, the total amount of the stay will be retained by the owner.
2) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains entirely acquired by the owner.
3) Changing the period without charge is possible up to 15 days before the initial date, after this period the deposit will be lost, the new reservation will be subject to a new deposit.
Article 5: Cancellation by the owner: If the owner cancels the stay before the start of the stay, he must inform the customer by email. The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damages suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the amounts paid.
Article 6: Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid no later than three weeks before the initial date of the stay, in which case the reservation will be cancelled without any possible refund of the deposit.
Article 7: Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury.
Article 8: Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. It is strictly forbidden to park a bicycle and/or a scooter inside the gîte.
Article 9: Use of the SPA: For hygiene reasons, decent swimwear is required, as well as a correct attitude. Only swimsuits are allowed. Any other clothing (briefs, t-shirts, briefs, boxer shorts, Bermuda shorts and any other clothing that resembles shorts) is prohibited. Sunscreen and/or massage creams/oils are strictly prohibited as they risk damaging the SPA. In the event of use of these products, repairs to material damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Article 10: Contraindications prohibiting the use of the SPA:
• Unstabilized heart or respiratory failure,
• Infectious and contagious diseases, skin problems
• Cancer under treatment,
• Serious psychiatric disorders,
• Neurological pathologies in the acute phase,
• Acute cardiovascular pathology or recent surgery (less than one month), oozing dermatoses or unhealed wounds,
• Cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure Any heart condition currently being treated (pacemaker, arteritis, anticoagulant treatment),
• Venous disorders (with or without varicose veins, phlebitis or pulmonary embolism, even old ones, edema),
• Spine (inflammatory flare-up, sciatica, herniated disc, metal parts),
• Lower and upper limbs. (Inflammatory flare-up, prostheses or metal parts),
• Neurological diseases (Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, vertigo), loss of autonomy.
Not recommended for pregnant women, Prohibited for children under 3 years old.
In case of thunderstorm you must not use the SPA and you must not stay in the water.
In the event of a technical problem compromising the use of the SPA, this does not affect the stay.
Generally speaking, the host cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage occurring during the use of the SPA.
Article 11: Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people (maximum number of people authorized: 2). If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is able to terminate your stay without notice, no refund will be considered. You are strictly prohibited from receiving at the gîte 'La réserve STANISLAS' any people other than those specified in the contract.
Article 12: Inventory: The customer is required to check the entry inventory provided via the digital guide. If any discrepancies are found (condition, deficiency), the customer has 2 hours* after arrival to notify us via the digital guide 'Entry Inventory Form'.
* After this period, we consider that the customer accepts the inventory of fixtures at the start of the stay. If we notice any damage or shortcomings after the stay, the customer will be held liable.
Article 13: Pets are not allowed. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner is able to terminate your stay without notice, no refund will be considered, in addition a €100 charge will be charged for disinfection of the cottage.
Article 14: Technical problem and/or bad weather: In the event of a technical problem and/or bad weather (rain, wind, storm) compromising the use of the SPA, this does not affect your stay.
Article 15: Wifi Access: Internet access must not be used in any way for the purpose of reproducing, representing, making available or communicating to the public works or objects protected by copyright or related rights, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books 1 and 2 of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required. By making this Internet access available, we would like to invite you to adopt a responsible attitude regarding the use of this Internet connection. We inform you that peer-to-peer software such as "uTorrent", "BitTorrent" or "eMule" may be active on your computer or mobile devices. If not uninstalled, this software may automatically make downloaded files (films, music, TV series) available. We are committed to protecting the rights of creators and would like to involve you in this process by inviting you to have a responsible attitude and not to illegally download content that violates intellectual property rights on the Internet.
Article 16: Deposit: A deposit of €500 (check, bank transfer, credit card or cash) must be given to the owner at least 3 weeks before the initial date of the stay. Without a deposit, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund. The deposit will be cashed and returned within eight days after the end of the stay, less any damage noted and compliance with the cleaning rules.
Article 17: Departure/cleaning: You must vacate the accommodation no later than 11 a.m., you must leave the premises clean*,
Empty the dishwasher, put away the dishes after washing and drying them,
Do not leave anything in the refrigerator or freezer,
Empty the bins (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), you will find containers to deposit your bins (50 meters on the left when leaving the parking lot), empty and clean the ashtray.
Do not leave anything on site (food, groceries, bottles, etc.)
Put the towels on the floor in the bathroom
* In which case you will be charged €100 taken from the deposit.
Article 18: In order to secure the premises, the lodge has a camera filming the entrance to the site.
